Select the "Reason" and CHECK the 90 Days Return Policy, then click "Modify this Order" you will be directed to preview the restocking fee.
If you want to modify only some of your products, our Support Team will recheck the correct restocking fee after you finish the STEP 4). Confirm the product(s) you want to modify by clicking YES or NO. If NO, your order will continue the production and shipment as it is. If YES, your order will be suspended for modification, then you'll be directed to fill in a request form.
Fill in the request form with your detailed request, then "Submit". Our Support Team will reply or confirm the restocking fee to you within 24 hours.
- Shipping Address and Shipping Method can be modified before shipping, with no restocking fee.
- Modification on products before Packaging/Shipped: It's possible to modify your products, but a restocking fee might occur once the order is put into production.
- Return after Shipped/Received Orders: Orders that have already been “Packaged”, “Ready to Dispatch” or those have been “Shipped” cannot be modified, as the orders may have been collected by the carrier.
